11.5 alkaline water

I’m the kind of girl who likes to get straight-up juice. I like to have healthy, plant-based, alkaline water every day, on the side of my shower or in the refrigerator. I’ve been enjoying this simple, yet powerful, lifestyle for the past several years. I’ve taken a few classes at the same time, including one class on water treatment, and I think I have a good handle on how to do it.

There’s a good chance you won’t be able to get into a nice little pool in the middle of the night (it’s actually a pool above the shower), but it’s really just a good idea to have a good night’s sleep.

Ive got some extra water left to drink before I leave, because it’s a bad idea to try to get into a really nice little pool in the middle of the night. As long as I don’t try to get into a pool the next morning, I will probably be fine.

I feel like I might be overstating the alkalinity of the water. The fact is that a lot of the water I use in the shower is alkaline (which is why I like to use it for the shower, if you read my last post, you would like to know why). So, as long as you aren’t drinking a ton of water, you should be fine.

If you are drinking a lot of water, then you are probably drinking a lot of soda. The reason soda is so good for us is because it contains sodium, which is the element that gives the body alkaline. It also has chlorine, which is a poison. So if you are drinking a lot of soda, you are probably drinking a lot of chlorine. So, I would suggest you try to drink a lot of water rather than soda.

If you have a lot of sodium, then you should have a lot of water, though you are probably not drinking a ton of water.

As I mentioned a while back, soda is good for us for a few reasons. One of them is that it contains sodium. So if you drink a lot of soda, you are probably drinking a lot of sodium. The other reason is that it contains chlorine. So if you are drinking a lot of soda, you probably are drinking a lot of chlorine.

Water is an alkaline chemical. It contains four basic components: H2O, O2, OH, and Na. The H2O molecules are water, therefore, the O2 molecule is oxygen, the OH is hydroxide, and the Na is sodium. If you combine these all together you get H2O + O2 + OH + Na = H2O + H2O + O2 + Na = H2O + Na.

Chlorine is a poison, not to be confused with the popular (and often misleading) term for it which is chlorine dioxide. It’s a gas that is poisonous to insects, and it can be pretty nasty in your eyes if not handled properly. As a general rule, the higher the alkalinity the more poisonous the water. If you take a look at the water in the first photo on this page, the water is definitely not healthy.
