For some reason, we don’t discuss the importance of self-awareness. Why is this? Well, because we don’t realize how often we are self-aware and the ways we can become self-aware. We don’t realize that we are often unaware of our actions and reactions and how they impact our lives or the lives of those we love.

It’s a good thing we have a website like this. If we had to do it all over again, we’d need to be more aware of ourselves and our own tendencies, habits, and reactions.
