I believe that you and your fellow salon owners are making the wrong decision when it comes to taking care of your salon. I don’t see how a person with a reputation for self-discipline could take this decision lightly. This is not a bad thing. However, it’s probably better to do it right first when you know what the problem is.
Thats what we have to do, find a salon professional who shares our values, and spend time with them and learn what they know about caring for our business.

We have so many great people here at sustain salon. One of our very best employees, Michelle, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so helpful and very dedicated to the salon’s success. She is an integral part of what makes our salon what it is, and it’s a privilege to have her be part of the team.
A very typical example of how one should be aware of the quality of service, is to ask clients to visit and talk to each other. Many of them come to our salon and ask for services, but in a few, they are told to only contact us if they are interested in the service. It’s a big pain in the ass to make them leave and ask for our services. We don’t think it’s a big deal because we understand that. We are very pleased.
One of the many things I love about our salon is the fact it’s a group one and that the members are all on the same page. There is a very friendly atmosphere, and we are very proud to be a part of the salon.
The theme song “Tribute to the Master” was performed by the group’s sister-members at one of their recent events. This was very important to us because we wanted our children to be able to learn about the history of the world. But we also wanted our children to learn about being a master and how to be one of the masters. We wanted them to also understand the difference between a master and a slave, and that’s what we wanted to do.
