Unfortunately, webflow is one of those companies that really doesn’t have their own website. The company’s customer service is located on its website, but they provide a ton of support by phone, email, chat, and even on their Facebook page.
The webflow website is fairly basic, but the support is awesome. They also have an email and a chat support option. Of course, you can just contact them online, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind: 1) If you are in the US and the help is located in the US, then you have to wait a week before getting your answer. 2) You have to call the number for the customer service to start the chat option.
